PROINSERMANT designed and installed a fully integrated plumbing system using high-end materials and components adapted to the villa’s technical and aesthetic requirements:

• Potable water microfiltration and softening system (CILLIT BWT Multipur BIO M and Access 30).
• 1,000-litre potable water tank.
• Twin-pressure system with ESPA pumps and electronic flow regulation.
• Full cold/hot/return water network in PEX Uponor AquaPipe, insulated with elastomeric coating.
• Wilo domestic hot water return pump system for instant supply and water efficiency.
• Wastewater drainage using triple-layer soundproof PVC piping (Adequa AR) with ISOVLIES PLUS acoustic insulation on downpipes.
• Separate irrigation system with 3,000-litre tank, pressure group and water drawn from private well.
• Fully equipped outdoor pool system: pre-filtration, silicate sand filtering, ESPA SILEN pump, UV disinfection, automatic pH and chlorine control, and solar panel-supported heating. All hydraulic accessories in stainless steel.
• Premium bathroom fittings: Villeroy & Boch sanitaryware, ICÓNICO brassware and fittings in polished gold finish, Hansgrohe shut-off valves.
