A contemporary building with just 8 exclusive residences, designed to offer the privacy, comfort and advanced technology of an individual villa, within a secure development boasting premium facilities akin to those of a five-star hotel.

Every detail has been carefully engineered to achieve the perfect balance between design, energy efficiency and wellbeing. PROINSERMANT was entrusted with the development of all technical installations, providing high-end solutions to ensure maximum comfort, energy savings and intelligent control.

Water

PROINSERMANT has carried out all the water-related installations at the prestigious Ikkil Bay residential complex. These include:

• Potable water treatment system with self-cleaning filter and individual water softener.
• Cold, hot and return water supply network installed using cross-linked polyethylene (PEX).
• Pressure booster sets with frequency inverters.
• Soundproofed wastewater pipes.
• Automatic shut-off system with leak detection, integrated into the home automation system.

Trusted suppliers such as Cillit and Espa were selected to guarantee the highest quality standards in this area.

Energy

Energy performance is a key aspect of any modern home. Ensuring a sustainable and efficient use of resources to achieve maximum comfort is one of PROINSERMANT’s core commitments across all projects. The following systems were installed at Ikkil Bay:

• VRV air conditioning system with heat recovery.
• Low-temperature underfloor heating system (Uponor).
• Domestic hot water production via high-efficiency aerothermal technology.
• Dual-flow ventilation system with heat recovery (SIBER).
• Installations designed to maximise the building’s energy efficiency.

• Dimmable LED lighting with scene control.

• Outdoor swimming pool with saline electrolysis disinfection system.
