For the control of the air conditioning system, lighting, alarms, curtains, and windows, PROINSERMANT professionals have installed KNX systems; digital lighting control with DALI (Digital Addressable Lighting Interface).

Comprehensive control of the machinery rooms with management and telemetry of the installations. We have also installed access control via fingerprint and numeric keypad. IP video intercom system and high-security computer network system, as well as a dual-flow ventilation system. PROINSERMANT has also installed the air conditioning system with Fancoil terminal units and Altherma outdoor units and a Daikin brand heat pump.

For the underfloor water heating system, which covers an area of 900m2, PROINSEMANT has used the UPONOR brand. PROINSERMANT staff have also carried out the installation of gas for the fireplaces and barbecue, as well as all the sanitation, plumbing, and electrical installations.

For the outdoor pool, the installation includes automatic dosing of Ph and RX saline electrolysis.
