PROINSERMANT’s story began far from the world of luxury. Founder Brígido Sepúlveda started his professional journey within the technical sector after a childhood closely linked to rural life. It was in Marbella, during the Costa del Sol’s transformation into an international destination, where he identified a clear opportunity in the growing technical complexity of residential properties.
“When we arrived in Marbella, we realised there was a different way of working. Homes were becoming increasingly complex and required far more than conventional installations. Things had to be done properly from the very beginning,” recalls Brígido Sepúlveda.
With this vision, the company began by carrying out hydraulic, electrical and climate control installations, growing alongside the rising demand for luxury residential properties in the region.
